What your PPMP plan covers
Oil Changes and Filters
- Diesel engine vehicles (highway use): every 7,500 miles or 250 engine hours
- Diesel engine vehicles (severe duty): every 5,000 miles or 175 engine hours
- Gasoline engine vehicles: every 5,000 miles
- Includes oil filter and serviceable fuel filter replacement
- Includes cabin air filter replacement every other oil change

Visit an Approved Service Provider
When you need maintenance service, your PTR team will coordinate it for you at one of our pre-approved locations, even on less than 48-hours notice. Download a PDF of your vendor options to keep on hand. Should you need service outside of our network, call (844) 221-0420 or email fieldservice@rentptr.com team with 48-hours notice.
Service Process
When it comes time for service to be done, present your Premier Truck Rental information to your service provider and they’ll contact us for payment authorization. No expense reports or reimbursements needed.
What’s the difference between PPP and PPMP?

Protects against damage expenses with a fixed monthly rate, covering eligible damage costs when the unit is returned.
