We are excited to add a National Used Truck Sales Specialist to our Fort Wayne team—someone who is energized by opportunity, motivated by results, and eager to grow a national sales portfolio with the support of a strong organization behind them.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of our nationwide used truck inventory, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close. You will engage customers across consumer, business, and dealer channels, leveraging a high-volume, fast-moving fleet and a well-established brand.
To support your success during onboarding, we offer a ramp-up commission guarantee plan, providing income stability as you learn our inventory, systems, and sales processes.
Role Overview

Territory: Nationwide (United States) with minimal travel (~10%)

Product: Used light- and medium-duty trucks from a large, rotating fleet

Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX M-F 8am to 5pm

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

Ramp Support: Commission guarantee plan during ramp-up
This is an inside-focused, high-activity sales role well suited for professionals who enjoy proactive outreach, relationship building, and disciplined pipeline management through consistent calls, emails, and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a sales professional who takes pride in their craft and approaches their pipeline with ownership and accountability.

5+ years of dealership sales experience, ideally with light or medium-duty trucks

Proven success in B2B and fleet equipment sales

Strong proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including activity tracking and forecasting

Excellent remote negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a performance-driven environment
Preferred (but not required):

Bachelor’s degree

Existing national or multi-state customer relationships
