POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a motivated and detailed Sales Intern to join our team! Our Sales Internship in Fort Wayne, IN offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while working closely with our Sales team. This onsite internship is designed to provide valuable insights into operations, sales, and customer relations.

What You'll Learn

The fundamentals of Sales and Service. Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Great experience in customer service managing customer needs. Team collaboration within a professional sales team.

The Sales Intern would be responsible for assisting the sales team in identifying and qualifying new customer leads. They will work with customers regarding engagement and communication.

LOCATION AND HOURS

  • Onsite, Fort Wayne, Indiana
  • Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining CRM records to track customer interactions.
  • Support inbound and outbound sales efforts, including follow-ups on leads or deliveries.
  • Work closely with Territory Managers, Retail Sales Directors, and Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Gain exposure to sales strategies, pricing models, and customer negotiations.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to develop key skills.

Premier Truck Rental hires full-time, part-time, contractor, and intern positions depending on business needs.
