Every rental unit will need maintenance, whether that’s an oil change, a new cabin air filter, tire rotations, and more. Knowing the importance of these regular repairs, we’ve created a Premier Preventative Maintenance Program (PPMP) with you in mind, being a cost-effective, streamlined way to keep your units in top shape.
What Does PPMP Cost?
The cost of PTR’s Premier Preventative Maintenance Program (PPMP) on a 28-day rental period is $250/unit. This plan is not eligible on UTVs, Fat Trucks, Trailers, PTO Hydraulic Systems, Pullers, Welders, Generators, Air Compressors, Underdeck Air Systems, 6500/7500/8500 Series Chassis and Configurations, and Miller products.
All preventative maintenance will be performed according to the PTR and OEM guidelines.
WHAT IS COVERED:
- Oil Changes
- Serviceable Fuel Filters
- Air Filters
- Cabin Air Filters
- Tire Rotations
- Steering Alignment
- Wiper Blades
- Other Manufacturer-Specified Maintenance (as a part of the PPMP)
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
- Glass Damage
- Tire Damage
- Excessive Tire Wear
- Repairs due to Excessive Idle Hour Usage
- Negligence
- Abuse of Rental Unit
- Damage to Rental Unit
- Consumable Fluids
- Lost / Missing Items from Unit
- Failure to Properly Maintain Unit
- Maintenance Not Authorized by PTR
