    USER GENERATED CONTENT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    PTR Premier Truck Rental owns and operations 2 websites, multiple social media accounts and other online properties that permit users (hereinafter “Members” or “Users”) to submit or publish content (“User-Generated Channels”). Such websites may include, but are not limited to, Microsoft form, social networks and more. By registering or using any User-Generated Channels, you accept and agree to the following Terms and conditions for User-Generated Content.

    Abbreviated Terms Community Guidelines:
    Our social media page is a family-friendly page. While we encourage the sharing of your comments, photos, videos, and links, please understand that the postings to our page or posts that PTR is tagged in do not necessarily represent the opinions of PTR. Posts that we feel are offensive, inappropriate, or not otherwise keeping with the spirit of the page, such as advertising, spam, are off-topic, or contain vulgar language, posts that may violate the rights of others, or violate any of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn’s terms of use may be removed. We also reserve the right to block.

    Use of Your Comments, Photos and Videos:
    We love to see all your comments, photos, and videos. By submitting or uploading your story, comment, photo or video of you, your crew, your truck rentals and trailer rentals on our wall, shared form, or page, you are authorizing Premier Truck Rental to use, publish, and otherwise reproduce, modify, and distribute Your Content with or without your name or company name in perpetuity, worldwide in all PTR-related media for any lawful purpose.

    These uses may include, but are not limited to, information, education, promotion or advertising of PTR or its products via the Internet, web sites, and social media. If individuals other than you appear in the photo or video, you must have permission to use the photo or video from the individuals.

    Submissions to this Page:
    Any material you submit to our page/form by upload, or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, ideas, suggestions, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you submit or post becomes the property of PTR and PTR may use and reproduce such Submission freely, and for any purpose. Specifically, PTR is free to use for any purposes whatsoever (including but not limited to the developing, manufacturing, advertising, and marketing of products) any ideas, artwork, inventions, developments, suggestions or concepts contained in any Submission you post to our page/form. Any such use is without compensation to you. By making a Submission, you are also warranting that you own the material/content submitted and that PTR’s use will not violate any third party’s rights or otherwise place us in breach of any applicable laws. PTR is under no obligation to use the information submitted. You understand that PTR employs both internal and external resources which may have developed or may in the future develop ideas identical or like your Submissions and that PTR is only willing to consider the Submissions on these terms.

    In the event of any conflict between these abbreviated terms and the Full Terms below, the Full Terms shall be deemed to apply.

    By acceptance of PTR’s User-Generated Websites Terms and Conditions, you agree that any information you provide about yourself, your company, your truck and trailer rentals and your current project is accurate and complete information at the time provided.

    We may without notice to you, but shall have no obligation to, refuse, edit, and/or remove Materials that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or infringing or violating any party’s intellectual property or other proprietary rights or these User-Generated Website/Form Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse, edit, and/or remove any content that may be deemed to be inappropriate without providing you notice.

    Examples of illegal or unauthorized uses include, but are not limited to:
    Submitting Materials of any third party without such third party’s prior written consent; submitting Materials that falsely express or imply that such Materials are sponsored or endorsed; submitting Materials that infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other proprietary rights of any party; submitting Materials that are unlawful or promote or encourage illegal activity.

    Children’s privacy
    We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. PTR’s User-Generated Form/Page is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 18. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we have actual knowledge is under the age of 18.

    Changes to Terms and Conditions for User-Generated Content
    We reserve the right to modify or terminate any User-Generated Form/Page or service therein for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you, any other Member, or any third party. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions for User-Generated Content from time to time without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions for User-Generated Content so that you will be apprised of any changes.

    License to Use Materials
    By submitting, posting, or displaying any Materials on or through User-Generated Websites, you automatically grant PTR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, publish, and otherwise reproduce, modify and distribute such Materials on the User-Generated Websites and in any and all PTR-related media for any lawful purpose with or without your name or the name of your company. These uses may include, but are not limited to, information, education, promotion or advertising of PTR or its products via the Internet, web sites, mobile apps, and social media.

    You represent to PTR that you own all Materials you provide and/or have the unencumbered legal right to grant the above-referenced license with respect to all Materials you provide. You further represent to PTR that such materials do not infringe any third-party copyrights or other third-party intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity. You agree to indemnify PTR for any and all loses resulting from the invalidity or inaccuracy of such representation.

    You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any of PTR’s proprietary information, which includes the sum of all postings and photos from PTR’s User-Generated Form/Page.

    Any material you submit to any User-Generated Website by upload, or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, ideas, suggestions or the like (“Submissions”) are, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary.     USER-GENERATED WEBSITES ARE BEING MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU “AS IS,” WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

    Standard Terms and Conditions for PTR Sites
    In addition to these User-Generated Websites Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by PTR’s standard Terms and Conditions for its websites, as the same may be modified and updated from time to time, with respect to your use of User-Generated Websites.
