It’s a Family Thing – From One Generation to the Next

Fort Wayne, Ind. — Operated by a father-daughter duo, Premier Truck Rental knows a thing or two about keeping it in the family. Back in 1971, Jim Lewis’s wife, Vicky, gifted him a Craftsman tool box for their first Christmas together.

As time went on Mr. Lewis became the very first hire by the now President of Premier Truck Rental, Rob Troxel. This Craftsman tool box has been through a lot of projects and was ultimately handed down to Mr. Lewis’s sons, Scott and Kevin. Both of whom were also employees of Mr. Troxel at one point.

The years came and went and it was time to hand the tool box down again to the next generation. Scott would pass on the cart to his son, Brody.  Now working for PTR, Brody uses the family heirloom daily. Bringing the cart back to where it all started.
